Well, the end of National Poetry Month is fast approaching. Hopefully you have discovered some wonderful verse over the course of this month and you will continue to read, recite, write and spread the love of poetry throughout the year.     The National Poetry Out Loud contest in DC was wonderful! It was great hearing and seeing such talented high school students from around the US. It was a wonderful experience. Kudos to the NEA, the American Poetry Foundation, State Art agencies, and the faculty and students. Great job!!
