Tony Hoagland

Tony Hoagland was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and attended Williams College, the University of Iowa, and the University of Arizona. He teaches at the University of Houston and in the Warren Wilson MFA program. Hoagland’s poetry is known for its acerbic, witty take on contemporary life.
